Dare

They are still bound to both the afterworld and the living world, having died in the far past with his wounds before death still showing on his body.
He is missing his memory and is trying to figure out what happen. He theorises that he was killed by someone, missing his right eye. Possibly lost it to an arrow.
The scars from his pasts don't heal, they still hurt like they are fresh sometimes, so they are covered up. Though his scars on his left leg seem to not hurt.
He might have had those scars for longer before he died
