Unlike the rest of the princes and the royals of hell, Belphegor is... special. He's a strange case to say the least, seeming to be a bit more forgiving, more... merciful?
As the prince of Sloth, he reigns over the Sloth Ring, the lowest ring in hell. He's the one running the medical industry, he works as the ring's ruler, a scientist and a doctor all at the same time, it's no doubt he's overworked, though other's thinks he's just lazy. oh well.

- His horns sometimes have a weird liquid dripping off them, a little like wax, or even tar, no one knows what it is.
- I think its funny if some people thinks he looks like a unicorn
- never being able to catch a break as he's probably the rare few that are actually competent in the sloth ring
- He has a soft spot for imps, he just thinks they're neat, like silly little guys that are just so desperately trying to get up the ranks, it's cute, it's like how blue diamond saw humans
- He created the dreamcatchers, they were made from a lab accident, they follow him almost everywhere
