She has DID from severe trauma she experienced as a young child. Said trauma also gave her PTSD and depression she experiences on the regular.
She doesn't have any physical issues but has a plethera of mental issues due to her past. Having others around to help her has made her depression and PTSD fuck with her less, her alters frequently come out though, especially the protectors when she's in more stressful situations.
Morgan only gets help from the therapy and support of her group, but because of her job, she's frequently in situations that trigger her.
