HappyStep had a pleasant upbringing aside from his first mentor, BlueberrySnout, dying shortly after taking an apprentice. Was then assigned WebWhisper. Each had varying skill levels and HappyStep was able to learn more than the average apprentice from both their teachings. Was never much of a fighter but thanks to WebWhisker he could play defense when required.
Was appointed deputy after training his own apprentice, LeafWish. The leader, SpotStar, had been ailing for a while and had been searching for a proper successor for a while. After a few moons of diligent training HappyStep, she passed away and left the small clan under his watch. During his early leadership a pack of dogs escaped from their two-legs, while they were on their way to a neighboring clan, chasing one of their cats, ClementClan stepped in to save them. However they were no match for the dogs. Due to HappyStar's nine lives, he was the only one, aside from a single kit, HoneyKit, to survive.
He had prepared to go to one last gather to announce their loss before taking the kit and traveling far away. However he was met with quite the surprise. Each of the two other clans had received a vision from a starclan cat, telling them an ally was in dire need, and to send a cat from each clan to their aid. One apprentice from each clan having been made the clear choice. While hesitant at first, the two chosen were eager to follow this prophecy, and so HappyStar was given a second chance to lead and rebuild a small clan. The two coming forward were RockPaw from CanyonClan and MoonPaw from DriftClan. Soon being dubbed warriors of ClementClan, RockGar and MoonTail.
A sleek furred cat with cotton-like puffs of fur around his neck, tail tip and shoulders. He sports a light tabby/calico coat with dark stripes, a black, relatively short tail, and small black tipped ears.
Has notably wide, bright, yellow eyes that take on an orange tone in some lights. Small claws, not normally visible. Fine, thin, whiskers that are hard to see in low light.

- Happy Born after a clan victory on one of the most pleasent summer days, he and his littermates were named accordingly in celebration.

- Has a normal range of emotions, not overly happy but not grumpy, either.
