"Sloan"

Sloan is a part of the Spade Rebellion, he along with Barrel were being taken to the inner walls for their powers, but Lonan and Sweets freed them as their first mission. Sloan holds a deep hatred for the royals and any of the guard. He has the power of electricity and lost his eye in a fight with Ernesto when he was much younger. Swears to one day take their eye as revenge. For now however, he is in charge with gaining intelligence for the rebellion-- often times using intimidation and violence to scare info out of Creations.
