The Noble of Whitbay in Hearlenia. While most are aware Cream likes to play around with magicks and bake sweets, very few are aware they come from a long line of vampiric nobles that have been supporting the rather bustling city for centuries. Cream is rarely seen by normal Civilians, but no one really minds... the Boullier family has always been reclusive, and he does still support the city monetarily...
A sweet person by nature- which is supported by the cake icing that oozes from inside his drape! While this was a blessing she was bestowed a century ago by a passing spirit for an offering of cupcakes, it can often be a bit of a nuisance, as it has to be controlled consciously or it gets everywhere... it does make for a good constant flow of icing though! The flavour and colour can be changed, too.
Has been waiting a long time for the perfect someone for her...

Cream is very shy... and isn't much of a talker thanks to her sheltered and secluded lifestyle away from anyone that isn't a butler or maid. He's a bit hesitant to try new things, and often needs assistance from others to do unfamiliar tasks.
Most likely to ask a lot of questions to make sure he's getting everything right. A bit of a worrywart when it comes to others he becomes attached to.
Only wants to feed from someone she loves. A bit of a hopeless romantic in that regard... Till then, she sticks to donated bloodbags.

- His drape is actually a pair of wings! They're just often enchanted to look like a single regular drape.
- The icing that rims his drape is always dripping slightly unless consciously controlled, where it hardens.
- Her drape has a fancy lace patterning.
- Icing can change colour!
- Has cute little sharp canines due to vampirism, as well as sharp dewclaws.
- While she has 4 sets of wings, only the drape-wings enable him to fly.
- While the fangs are sharp and cut through flesh and tubing, Cream must lap up the blood that comes out.
- He smells like vanilla icing.
- His saliva helps keep the wound open while he feeds, but enables rapid clotting once finished. It also acts as a numbing agent that causes a state of euphoria in victims.
- Dislikes the taste of black blood, but loves yellow.
The Boullier Estate's most recently employed gardener. While Cream is for the most part a quiet introvert, she couldn't help but be drawn to this eccentric obsessed with botany. They grew somewhat close, and... Cream regrettably had to Turn him after an unfortunate fatal gardening accident. He's been patiently helping Luka get used to his new abilities while wrestling with more feelings on both sides.
