Roderick is a scholar of war and strategy, having traveled abroad all across Sornieth to learn his craft. However, he's fallen on hard times; unwilling to go back to his birth clan and with no where else to go, he's had to stay camped in the Wandering Contagion, barely scrapping by with the money he makes training exalts. His ultimate goal is to bring the first ever academy to the Scarred Wasteland, although finding the area and funding for it is difficult, especially since no other Flights are interesting in investing in making the Plague any more a threat then they already are. Presently, his only companions are his guide Nykei and his hired aid, Prism.
