Background: Hoppee is Dethne’s childhood friend, and current moirail. He’s always been there for Dethne, and the two are inseparable. Apart from consoling Dethne throughout his childhood from constant harrassment, when Hoppee caught a deadly parasite in his throat, Dethne took it into his own hands to save him. Though he’s unable to speak now, the two got through it together, and are now almost always by each other’s sides.
