About...
An island Originator, Pandora has always avoided people. With a powerful Dominion under his belt, his life has been a series of tragedies - from his parents' death to his career struggles, life has continually beaten at his confidence until nothing remains. So cue his surprise when he visited the rainy, dismal county of Edellyn and overnight it became Evenne - a paradise made and tended to by the gods plus their chosen few.
With a new lease on existence and his sordid past buried under thousands and thousands of cycles, Pandora tentatively dips his toes into the new world.
He is occasionally on-call for the Agency, particularly to help form contracts to control islanders engaging in crime or violence. Occasional visitors seek him out to request temporary fusions, typically with their romantic partners - which Pandora does grant, albeit tentatively.
Personality...
Skittish and quiet. Thinks of himself as an observer, not a participant. Extremely nervous about doing things wrong or displeasing authority. Has trouble vocalizing worries, concerns, or asking for things from others. Likes being helpful, but often struggles to see how his powers can assist. Repulsed by violence to the point of vomiting.
Would be happy living a simple life in the countryside, but then feels guilty he's not doing more for the world.

Abilities...
Flame: Carved Gray Flame, Dominion of Shredding / Patched Gray Flame, Dominion of Healing
Pandora's Flame allows him to merge together people's bodies to form a dual-minded fusion of them, merge their minds together to form a single consciousness in two bodies, and ensure the completion of promises, oaths, and binding contracts.
He can also reverse any of the above.
