I'zimi Tyata

I'zimi grew up in the Crystarium, having never known the world before the Flood of Light but always believing that someday peace would return. As an adult she took up the sword and shield as a paladin to protect those who couldn't fight for themselves; a mission that was emboldened by the arrival of the fabled Warrior of Darkness, Cirina Kagon, and the sudden gift of the Echo due to Elidibus' actions. However, when the Ascian summoned Warriors of Light from the other reflections, she found herself tossed into a portal, tumbling though time and space until she landed in the Source's past.

In the weeks following the Calamity, I'zimi was found wandering the deserts of Thanalan alone with no memory of who she was beyond her name. She earned a decent living as a prize fighter for years before her singing voice caught the attention of a travelling bard who took her in as an apprentice. Now she travels Eorzea, taking the roles of singer, spy, and hero as the day demands.
