its kinda cool higkey!! makes me interested in doing and selling some liminal designs again, ive been seeing ALOT of poolroom designs from fellow following of mine waaah i wanna do one or two before the year ends! suggest some to me if you dont like the ones in the poll hehe

TERMS OF SERVICE

Commissions TOS

1. I have the right to decline/cancel a commission request before payment has been made.
2. Minor changes are free, major changes (details, background, props, etc.) will warrant an additional charge.
3. Refunds can be issued before the sketch process, you may not refund once I start the lineart process (only partial refunds are allowed after the finalized sketch).
4. Regarding commercial work, we can further discuss it through personal messages/emails for its usage and purpose.
5. You are not allowed to remove my watermark
6. You are not allowed to make any edits on any of my artwork.
7. You are not allowed to claim any of my artworks as your creations.
8. You are not use any of my artworks for profiting on Non-fungible Tokens (NFTs).
9. You are not use my artworks for Artificial Intelligence (AI) training.
10. You are not allowed to charge fees above the original commission value.

Design TOS

1. I have the right to decline/cancel a design request before payment has been made.
2. I have the right to retract an existing design if any personal or public dispute is made against me (Any monetary value involved will be given back to it's original buyer.)
3. Existing designs are only used for personal-usage only unless commercial rights are discussed.
4. Minor changes to my design is allowed, major changes should need my permission.
5. You are not allowed to warrant a redesign on any of my designs without my permission.
6. You are not allowed to claim any of my designs as your creations.
7. You are not use any of my designs for profiting on Non-fungible Tokens (NFTs).
8. You are not use my designs for Artificial Intelligence (AI) training.
9. You are not allowed to charge fees above the original design value.
10. You are not allowed to sell/trade/gift any of my designs to any banned/blacklisted users (Doing so will warrant your own spot on the blacklist for not following the TOS Guidelines.)
