A sleepy and slow moving green witch of the deep north forest. She lives in a fairy hut of twigs, moss, and mud, and isnt afraid of the elements, letting plants grow on her skin. She may sleep for many years, letting the moss accumilate. This fuels her, for her magic lies in the botanical, in the earth itself. She does own a few odds and ends, her favorite things include tea and old books, carved wooden spoons and a large iron cauldron she stirs soups and spells in. Being the grass and dragon types, her moves include life dew, grass whistle, energy ball, muddy water, and others of that kind~ She prefers healing and defense over offensive moves. Her most costly move is that of transform, taught by mew themself. This allows them to take the form of any other pokemon. However, such magic is finicky and they can't get every detail right... You can always recognize Fable by her hat and shell, among other things...
