Jet is entitled and selfish. Because of his powers, he thinks he deserves to have everything he wants. If he doesn’t get it he will use his powers to get it. Does odd jobs for money and lives a lavish life. Is pretty suave and flirty, but only has eyes for Rie despite her hating it.
Backstory
His family didn’t have much and Jet hated that. So when he got his powers, he used them to get everything he wanted. His family didn’t like that so he cut ties with them and now lives on his own in his fancy apartment and gets jobs from criminals to fund his life. Doesn’t care who gets hurt in the process
