Luca Vanguard

Luca is a very tech-smart guy but holds grudges easily. He had a friend a long long long time ago that he potentially may have had a crush on that was killed by a Tech-Alipo while in his sister, Fiona’s care. He blames her for their death to this day and is bent on killing her and bringing his whole family down with him. Even going as far to kill anyone else who gets in his way.
