Festivity is in charge of basically any special event that happens in the halls of the puppet theater - birthday parties, holiday special shows and events, even things like small giveaways or bingo games! If someone wants an event to be held there they have to go through Festivity and their detailed calendar to do so.
They can often be found behind the ticket booth, working out next week's shows and events with one paw and giving parents their return tickets with the other.
