Bloom Noctourne

Bloom is a strange man obsessed with plants and the whole Venus-flytrap aesthetic. 'Bloom' isn't his real name, but no one knows what it is. He runs a flower shop and is fairly well-known. Considered eccentric but harmless, nobody in town gives him a second thought. He's sweet and generous, always willing to help someone, and takes good care of his plants, which are incredibly long-lasting and fragrant.

But Bloom hides a terrible secret.

People go missing all the time. Sometimes, those people don't ever show up. One place they end up? Strapped to a steel table deep in Bloom's home dubbed his "workshop", where they're given enough anesthesia to keep them from being in pain and vivisect them, cheerful still. He doesn't quite grasp the gravity of his actions, believing the experience is fun both for him and his victim, and centered not on murder but his fascination with the inner workings of the human body. When he's done toying with his victim, they are turned into 'fertilizer'.
