Design Terms of Use
1. Please note that you are not permitted to act as the full owner or engage in any selling, gifting, trading, or other transactions involving a character that has not been fully paid for. This includes situations where there are outstanding payments or unfinished artwork. Once the character is completed, you may proceed with such actions.
2. It is important to refrain from selling a character for a higher price than the original unless additional art, objects, or other items have been included.
3. When selling or trading a character that I have designed, I kindly request that you inform the new owner about my Terms of Service.
4. It is strictly prohibited to sell my designs to users who have been blacklisted.
5. If no updates are provided for an adopt after a period of one week, it will be considered available for sale again. If you have made monetary payments that weren't full, they will be refunded.
