● If you own a Pomgon or you are in the group aspiring to have one, you agree with the following regulations:

♦ Failure to comply with one or up to three rules in the group may lead to a kick and ban of the species.

♦ Pomgons are a closed species made by Coyoteah with the contribution of Shard and coddybarks.

♦ You don't need to have a Pomgon to join the group, everyone is free to be part of the community!

♦ As a closed species, this implies that you cannot make your own Pomgon without permission given by the species creator or without a previously purchased or obtained MYO slot.

 
♦ Respect and inclusiveness are prioritized fundamentals within our community. Let's try to mantain a calm, warm and comfortable environment for both old, new and newcoming members, in a way that the group is not just about its species, but more importantly, the users that make part of its community.

♦ There are different ways to get a Pomgon, e.g: Official Flatsales, Raffles, Auctions, MYO sales or Custom Sales, among other options! This way, there will always be a chance for you to get your own Pomgon.

 
♦ Only the species creator has the right to sell official MYO slots of the species.

 
♦ MYO can be sold, traded or gifted. If the first transaction takes place, the price must be equal to or lower than the price at which it was obtained through the species creator.

 
♦ Only the Pomgons that are inside the masterlist are considered official.

 
♦ NSFW art of Pomgons is not allowed as well as other species or one-off characters inside the group.

--> Designs and Art Related

♦Art tracing is not allowed in any of its dimensions, particularly within the Pomgons. If you can't draw it on your own, the group provides and offers free bases that you can acquire to be able to design your Pomgon.

♦Someone else can design your Pomgon in case you do not think you are able to do it yourself. Which considers the following:

1. You can commission a custom to one of the official artists, which also includes the creator.
2. You can commision another person within the community to design your Pomgon, but only if you have at your disposal or have previously purchased a MYO slot.
3. If you buy a custom or a MYO slot to get it designed by someone else, you're agreeing with the  design's rules. Likewise, if you have any questions related to the species and its designs, you can always speak directly with Coyoteah, the creator, to clear any kind of doubts.
