By owning a design of mine, you understand that:
You are free to redesign or rewrite any characters that you own.
You may not use my designs in any morally wrong or hateful content.
You may use my designs for commercial products as long as you don't take credit for them.
If reselling a design, do not overprice it. The only thing that add to a design's worth is commissioned or personal creations.
Co-owning is allowed. Do not involve me in any character-related drama.

By commissioning me, you understand that:
This art is for personal use only. I do not offer commercial-use commissions at this time. Creating physical items for personal use is okay, as long as it is not being sold.
This art is only allowed to be reposted by the owner and with proper credit.
This art may never be used for AIs or NFTs.
I will not create any NSFW (sexual, gore, drugs, etc.), morally wrong, or hateful content. You may never edit my art into such.
I have every right to decline a commission I am uncomfortable with or do not want to do. I may or may not provide a reason for declining.
Work on the commission will only start after full payment is received.
Refunds may only be issued during the rough sketch process.
I will give WIPs, and if you have any edits or suggestions, they will try to be met.
I will try to meet any deadlines given.
I retain all copyrights over my art, and may post it across social media. I will never try to sell it or profit off of it.

By using a base of mine, you understand that:
You are free to edit as you wish.
You may not erase my credit.
You may use for adopts and custom designs.
You may use for free YCHs.
You may not redistribute or repost.
You must always credit me in descriptions.
