Arthur is a 5'9 Male Anchovy, who's really proficient with Anchovian Magic and the master librarian of the Anchovy Archives. He is most notable for his Rune-Prosthetic legs and his ruined wings, as caused from an incident overseas many years ago.
Prior and currently after his injuries, Arthur has been the head librarian for the Anchovies for quite a while. Thanks to his love for books, lore, and organization. Likewise he knew Anchorie extremely well before her disappearance, them bonding from their shared interest of books. Otherwise he has a watchful eye on anyone else in his library as he knows for certain most anchovies in the community respects the library
