Intrepidly mischievous and craftily desperate, she's the figurehead of a cause she doesn't believe in, usurping an election to take the throne of a dead girl.
Wary until one earns her trust, Mienn is quick with a sarcastic remark and enjoys listening to a good story. She is a budding engraver with a knack for runes, calligraphy, and woodcarving.
