**Please carefully read the following content when using my design for trading.**

You can only resell my designs at the original price or Less. If you use art to offer them, you can only Free gift or use art/design to trade. if the character has commission/more art/redesign , etc.(by other artist) They can be included in value and traded at higher prices, but please make sure they are within their rightful range.

My designs prohibits resale in the form of auctions.

All my designs have a 30 day cooldown. You cannot trade my designs during this period.

I do not accept refunds for any reason, please ensure that you have sufficient funds before trade.

If a design is pending for more than 1 month and the pending person does not reply to me or closed account, I will put the design back into trading.

(I usually send a message asking if them want to continue trading before that, and if there is no response, I can only do so)

Unless it's someone I trust, I only accept a two week payment plan.

If you do not specify that you need a payment plan or need to delay payment, and there is no payment/response after 12 hours, I will consider choosing someone else's offer.

You can create my design's alt or redesign it after you got them, but pls make sure they are link together.(Please keep them within the scope of the tab)

Please do not use my design as inspiration to create designs.

Please do not harass other design owners.(especially the owner who has the cooldown)

Don't set my design to hidden/trade my design on websites outside of Toyhouse/Delete my design‘s page.

If you need to hidden them, please authorize me on toyhouse.

Make sure I can see them in my design list.

Don't trade my design to anyone on my blacklist.

Before you purchase the commercial rights, you can only use my design within your personal scope of use.

(You only need to purchase commercial rights when using this design for large commercial profitability. Like Vtuber/Publishing works/Produce products and sell on a large scale etc.)

The commercial price will be design's original price x3 (If you use art to get the design, the price needs to be negotiated separately.)
