Leone is a friendly guy, he tends to be hyper around others. He's naturally an extrovert and loves inserting himself in conversations.
He was born in the sea but his parents split up when he was young. His dad left to live on land and it left Leone having to switch between water and land. Despite the inconveniency, he loves both worlds and is happy to have a reason to be in both.
