A kind but foolish cat, Berry is cheerful and determined to succeed, though he tends to bite off more than he can chew. He loves his new siblings more than anything in the world and can't wait to grow into the best big brother ever!

Upon his death, Berry was showing his little sister Fire around the territory, when the two were attacked by a fox. Hiding Fire in a bush, Berry tried to fight the fox off to no avail, dying in front of Fire. But, though dead, his story is not over. As an unwitting interloper in the Place of No Stars, Berry begins to doubt the intentions of the cats around him, unaware that he is not in Silverpelt.
