-_-_-You may change details as you wish; the design and character is yours, which means you may change it as you please. Once the character is paid for and transfer is complete, the character is 100% yours. This being said, Never remove credit to me for the initial/base design/artwork. -_-_-I do not do adopt refunds. If you try to forcibly return the character for a refund, I will deny it. -_-_-Gender/sex/species can be altered once you’ve purchased. ---—If for some reason I did a closed species adopt, be sure to speak to the owner of the species regarding their design/lore rules. If it is one of my species, please just make sure to detach it from the story/world/species-lore. _-_-I own the rights to the original artwork done, meaning I am free to continue using it to advertise my art/designs. I will not resell the design nor try to reclaim it under any circumstances beyond you selling/trading back to me of your own volition. _-_-You own the character rights once sold to you; I cannot and will not tell you what you can or can’t do, at all. I can only hold claim over the original piece of art done. Even if you become blacklisted or blocked from me, I will make zero attempt to contact you about the design. This is to ensure you know that I will never come after you regarding character rights. -_-_-Do not resell for more than you bought (unless it came with more art) or I will blacklist you. _-_-If I block you, you're blacklisted from purchasing anymore of my designs (but you are free to keep/resell/regift any designs you acquired beforehand). I will find out if you try to use someone else to purchase for you.
