Design Notes:
-His glasses aren't optional!
-Please include the stars and the orbit ring when drawing him. Also, don't forget the paint from his paws and tail.
-His body type resembles that of a CANINE.

• Personality: || Artistic / Passive / Quiet / Introverted
  Quiet, reserved, and artistically inclined. He dislikes conflict, and usually stays away from crowds. He never shares more than just basic information about himself. Usually has a neutral or sad expression on his face.
• Likes: starlight, painting, quiet places, the company of his friends
• Dislikes: conflict, crowds, noise, bright unnatural lights
• Trivia/Misc.: 
  -A paint-like substance drips from his four paws and the tip of his tail! He can paint in the night sky with them. The "paint" fades away naturally in a while. 
  -He is actually capable of defying gravity and float freely in air, though he rarely ever actually does that (partly because he tends to forget that he could do such a thing). 
  -His name is a combination of hoshi (星 ; "star") and rou (朗 ; "clear").
