Nicky Unicorn Adopt Rules
Hello owner of one of my Unicorn adopts or customs! I'm excited you now own them, and hope you enjoy them very much! Please take a moment to review these rules and have fun with your new character. Thank you again!
RULES, PLEASE READ THEM!:
-This character belongs to the owner (the person who purchased this adopt). Do not copy them or use them in any way unless you are the owner or owner transfers rights to you. Owner may use them for non-commercial, personal use (basically don't make money off the design). Commercial use includes but is not limited to branding, products/merchandise, v-tubing, games, ect. -You may not resell the character, but if you gift them, please let me know who the new owner is, thank you! You may also trade them for other characters/art, and notify me. -You may not remove my signature! -Buyer can make changes to the design if they want, and will be the one to give them names, powers, bios, ect. -Owner, do not post the original art (my artwork) to any groups. If you post in your own gallery or off DA (such as toyhouse), you must link my DA or Toyhouse (both are Nickyflamingo) profile in the description (with a working link!). Please remember to credit me as the original designer, thank you! Please do not reinterpret my designs into a closed or open species (or convert to an existing species), as I work hard on my adopts and do not wish to see other adopts based on them. Thank you! -I reserve the right to use the adopt image for self-promotional purposes (such as Patreon, my website, or other social media) and in sale of illustration collections/products/prints, including on (but not limited to) my own website, Society6 and Redbubble.
To others: Please respect my art and the owner of the adopt and DO NOT REPOST (other than noted above), especially to adult websites and Pinterest. Thank you!
If you trade this character, pass these rules to the new owner and alert me (I just like to keep track of who owns the adopt) so they are aware and agree to follow the terms of use of this adopt which they will be subject to. Thank you so much for your support and please enjoy your adopt!
