note: first person words such as "I", "my", etc refer to me, and second person terms "you", "your", etc refer to the owner of one of my designs.

SECTION I: Trading + Reselling

i.i You may trade or sell any of my characters for any price, as long as you fully own the character. Characters that you are in possession of that you haven't finished the payments for can not be traded or sold.

i.ii If you get one of my designs for free, do not sell them without extra (purchased) art. Trading for characters/art however, is fine.

i.ii My designs may not be traded/sold to anyone on my blacklist.

SECTION II: Using and Owning

ii.i Purchasing or trading for one of my designs for commercial use is fine with me, as long as you follow this T.O.S.

ii.ii You may not delete one of my designs from TH. Rare exceptions may be made, but please contact me first.

ii.iii You must credit me for any and all images. For multiple recolors or copies of the same image, just crediting one or giving a link to one of my other sites is fine too.

ii.iv You may make one of my designs private if you'd like, but please tell me first as a heads up!

ii.v You may not repost my designs/images not owned by you anywhere, and credit for the design must be given at all times.

SECTION III: Blacklist

BY OWNING OR PURCHASING ONE OF MY DESIGNS, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THIS T.O.S. PLEASE CHECK THIS BEFORE YOU TRADE OR SELL ANY OF MY CHARACTERS, AS EDITS WILL BE MADE ONCE IN AWHILE! THANK YOU.
