Ravenous

He waits in the depths of the sea, waiting for unsuspecting individuals to enter the waters where he can pull them down for a meal. The light from his lamp, mouth, and stomach allows him to see what is ahead of him. He can roam both the earth and the sea with a simple rotation of his helmet.

He has a glowing mouth, eyes, lantern, and rib cage that are not present on some of the refs for easier colorpicking!
