She can summon her Grimoire for spells she cannot remember, and any new spell she uses or discovers, is automatically transferred to the pages of the book. Anything she touches is automatically imbued with her will and magic signature. She can erase that influence with ease afterwards, though it dissipates after an hour or two of no contact. Mina can also create potions and start rituals as well. Mina's particular symbol animal is the Koi Fish, and when she has one around, her magic is enhanced.

Mina Marinus had a normal childhood. However, her magical prowess made her quite an admired person early on. A prodigy. She savored the attention. She loved it. She practiced and buried herself, building her reputation. Eventually she had become the top witch in her hometown amongst the waves. Eventually she met Aysu, who had talked about and shown a picture of her fiance, Ayberk, to Mina, which is what inspired her creation of Nereus and Beckett. She had become enamored with him so easily, though she was quite aware they would never meet. She took to the ocean after she abandoned her two children and left them for dead, as they were experiments she no longer wished to care for. She promised she'd find the source of the flood and end it, allowing her another sharp spike in approval and time to gain praise from other people all over the world.
