- No fur on face, ears and chest to stomach (besides down the middle to his groin) when lycanthrope.
- Mikail has a particular lazy casual fashion. He doesn't care too much about appearance, the less conspicuous the better.

Mikail is a bit of an enigma to even his closest people. Veiled in a mysterious and old aura that can be either intimidating or calming. He's got a slight accent that’s hard to place as time has whittled at it. His voice is deep, low, calm; a sound that makes the atmosphere almost vibrate and captivates those around him.
He is spiritual, in his own way. While he takes examples of many kinds of religion, he does not fall under any specifically though. He uses most ways of spirituality/religion as a compass as they all show the good and the bad of humanity. For Mikail, having an neutral understanding of all things is the utmost best standing.
He's fond of his books and often quotes them. Mikail has no blood relatives so those he considers friends are apart of his makeshift family of which is is very protective and almost parental of. While he's comes off as welcoming, no one is free from very silent and very heavy scrutiny. He however will be sure this isn't noticeable.
Those who don't know him directly have mixed feelings about his presence and role in the city. Only his inner circle know of his supernatural... characteristics and only by so much. What Mikail wants is more. More territory, more knowledge, more people, more everything. Possibly some sorry attempt at filling the gaping hole he feels is his existence.
- The Den was previously named before he took over it, he found it rather fitting and didn't change the name.
- Mikail's Alias is Michael Dufrene, less conspicuous. Mostly non-supernatural individuals refer to him as such
- He can quickly regenerate and is extremely strong. On top of his lycanthrope curse, he is cursed to live an ageless life.
- He has adapted thanks to his tattoo's incantation to shift at will-- but it is excruciatingly painful. Bones cracking, skin tearing and muscles stretching. He can handle it but if he can help it, he'd rather avoid it.
- He owns many businesses as well as property. He manages many of them as a landlord and has his supernatural underlings jobs through this as well. Maintenence workers, accountants, etc etc. He also hooks up them up with lower rentals to live in in the area to make it easier.
- He is a early bird/night owl switch. Mikail will sometimes get up at 6am just because he was feeling like early morning diner food with fresh pie. Or he'll be in bed until early afternoon to which no one dares waking him.

As well as being the title to the headworld Mikail and other characters are in, The Den is also the name of Mikail's nightclub, which is his base of operations. It's really popular, a mixture of supernatural creatures living incognito and humans living within the life of supernatural reasons. A lot of dealings and a good hold on the monster/supernatural community takes place here and it spreads even out of state.
So The Den is a hub of sorts. Any business is carried out in the back in Mikail's study/office. The Den is complete with bouncers, “colleagues”, agents, staff, etc. Supernatural creatures and human folk alike. Mikail directly owns a lot of property and businesses in the area. His people go into city officials and government jobs in the area too. It's goes pretty deep.
As far as anyone has been informed of Mikail's history is that Mikail returned to a bustling midwest city in the States he once set roots in long ago to find it was commandeered by a crime syndicate. It had its dirty hands around the throats of many business owners, used for laundering and had strings throughout the police force and political offices.
For Mikail, this wouldn't do. He dismantled it, slowly climbing the ladder picking off boss after boss. After cleaning house, he decided to pick up the reins. He created his own type of syndicate that rooted into the political system in his area to clean out anyone he felt would cause his workings to have any hiccups.
And so, he began to run his beloved city, his territory. Pulling at every string. Nothing happens in his territory without his knowing-- there are eyes, ears, noses and other senses everywhere that keep him updated as he expands out from his city, his strings reaching out through the states.
His businesses for the most part deal with the supernatural. Beings, artifacts, powers, knowledge, potions, spells, other such concoctions as well as information. Dealing these for favors, control, more contacts or just whimsy. His base of operation is a very popular nightclub called The Den. Most of the city knows of Mikail but only under the radar and by his Alias. For the most part the public outside of the supernatural community are blind to Mikail's operations and he makes certain it stays that way.
