Roselle Hanmsher

She was an aristocrat back in the XVIII century, and died defenestrated during the revolution. Now she spends time in a victorian mansion-castle hunting people for either biting, killing or enslaving them.

She's an asshole. Roselle seems to be in all needs of attention due to her superiority complex and will have no mercy on you. Due to her over-privileged & favored life, she is extremely arrogant and pompous. Besides being an awful person she never fails to make someone laugh and is very agile.
