➣ Hollowmoon is, at her core, a cat of action. She is not one to mince words and will most definitely tell you how she feels when she’s feeling it. This isn’t to say that she’s volatile in her emotions, quite the opposite- she is a level-headed cat with experience to back up her words. It can be hard to read her emotions if you don’t know her well enough, and sometimes it may seem as if she is unfazed by some of the things that happen to her and those around her. This is quite the contrary, however, as if one knows her well enough they can find her tells and see right through her. Though she isn’t afraid to share her honest thoughts, she also knows when it’s best to keep opinions to herself for the sake of everyone around her. She isn’t one to start fights, but she will finish them if need be. Hollow is fiercely loyal to BrineClan and will fight tooth and claw to preserve the safety of her fellow cats. Through her perhaps stoic, strict exterior, one can see a cat who has a deep love for her peers. She has lived through the bloodiest part of their clan’s history and been made all the more weary of war for it, but all the more protective of those that remain after the fact. She wishes for the kits and youth who come now will never know such fearful and violent times as when Shellstar led them. She covets closeness and the bond forged between cats- platonic or otherwise. It may come as a surprise that she is also quite the secret hopeless romantic and can be quite the sap. She’s thoughtful and will remember a cat’s favorite freshkill and be sure to try and bring such morsels home if that particular cat seems down. It’s the small things. She is very much an embodiment of “I love us, I want us to eat well.”
[ H I S T O R Y]
➣ Hollowmoon was brought up with all the love and care in the world. She never wanted for the affection of her parents , Seahanty and Sirensong, and was raised to be a responsible, well-behaved little warrior. She would often be seen trailing behind warriors and copying their posture and mannerisms as a kit, trying to look big and tough. She would always sit and listen to the tales of battle the elders would weave, hanging on every word. She dreamed of one day doing the same, of being that strong and full of pride. She would strive to be just that in her time as an apprentice, always the first to rise and last to go to sleep. She couldn’t get enough of doing things! It didn’t matter if it was gathering moss or fixing the den up, all she cared about was being helpful. Some would have called her a workaholic and they’d be right! She would have thrown herself into battle training with all her might, eager to prove she could be one of those cats the elders would tell stories of. When she became a warrior she had never been prouder. She could finally show what she was made of and what she could offer her clan as a fully-fledged warrior. She had certainly grown into the title, becoming just massive by the end of her apprenticeship. She was ready to throw her weight around, too. And she would. In the clashes between GroveClan and BrineClan, she would fight with all her might and earn her fair share of scars along the way. However, as moons dragged on, she, much like Heron, would grow weary of the constant fighting, of the blood that soaked her paws and the scent of death that seemed to follow them all. Was it truly worth it? This grudge that Shellstar had? She had never questioned her leader before, but she was beginning to have doubts. It was no wonder she sided with the deputy of like mind in his staged coup, however doomed to fail it was. She would stand by him and she had no doubts now on what was right, she wanted to put this war behind them and focus on the future. She would vow to do that, no matter the cost, to Heron. This, she supposed, was perhaps one of the reasons she was chosen to be deputy- for her vow and her resolution to do what was best for her clan, no matter what that was. She intends to keep her oath, this she swears.

➣ Hollowmoon snorts when she laughs. This is not well known information and it is RARE to work that noise out of her. She also loves to let the apprentices and kits crawl all over her when she can spare the time, so that can definitely be a bond that she can share with the Youths.
