Everything about Xander is golden from his hair to his eyes. If he catches the sunlight, the depths of his eyes look like they've been turned to gold. Lot's of scars that's the important part.

Backstory
Xander is from a well off family. He received a proper education at an academy for promising young men and was trained in all the rennaissance accolades. Arts, Literature, and Maths. Academics always came without struggle for him, so he spent his spare time training in swordsmanship with his childhood best friend Nathan Foley in exchange for teaching him what the academy offered to Xander. Their situations seemed to be beneficial to each other in reverse. Xander favors the sword and Nathan favors the pen. They stayed close, even though they often struggle to understand the other's point of view. Xander moves away from their small village for university in the city and shares classes with Farron Moebius. Farron's musings and ideas for what they can do with the under studied Beyond catch Xander's fancy and he finds himself sworn to their ideals. It is a promise he carries out with his sword at every turn. Wherever Farron needs him, Xander is.
Xander remains in his role as Farron's right hand. Now that they struggle to carry out tasks that they once excelled at, he fills in the blanks. He's beginning to waver on his promise in their eyes, though, as Xander has a tendancy to think he always knows best, even when he hasn't consulted others. It gets him into plenty of trouble with people who think they can trust him.
