 A kind goddess, despite her looks. She care's for all dragons in the land, and makes sure that all are safe.

Note: 

The way she protects both dragons and people, she keeps dragons safe and the people of Echoed Memories all worship the dragon of their respected region. If someone ever harms a dragon, she has a way to curse them, called the Dragon's Curse. It causes the person to slowly turn into a dragon when in a rage, and once they've changed, can never return to their regular body, Forced to live the life of the Dragon that was lost/injuried. Though, it seems like someone also has magic that strong, as Azalea is cursed with this.
