"Glitter, unicorns, and hairclips, oh my!"
Taiga was introduced to the harajuku fashion when she was very young, because she was born in Harajuku herself. She used to admire the cute fashion and wanted to wear it for herself someday, in fact, she used to sneak out from her house just to window shop all the fashion stores. It got so frequent that her parents got fed up with her sneaking out, so they quickly moved to America to stop their daughter from obsessing over "outrageous clothes". Of course, Taiga was heartbroken, and thought she would never be able to see or wear harajuku clothing ever. Her parents saw how upset she was, and bought her a few things to keep her happy. One of those things was a Lisa Frank colouring book, which she absolutely loved. After Taiga turned 18, she immediately moved back to Harajuku, where she buys, wears, and sews her own clothes, with a Lisa Frank twist to them!
Taiga is very upbeat and loves to get everyone involved in things, but CRAVES attention from others. Sometimes this comes off as needy to others, which is why she has trouble keeping her friends. She loves collecting different hairclips and accessories, to which she claims she owns over 300!

 Miwanani [ LF Squad, Bunkmate ]These two met while Taiga was in high school, and Miwa was in middle school. They were introduced to each other by signing up to be in an art and design club. Miwa usually drew anime and shojou manga characters, while Taiga designed and sewed clothes. Sometimes they would scribble out a small scene or a character together. |
Miku [ LF Squad, Mentor ]
Miku and Taiga are mentor and protege in the Lisa Frank club, and get along well together due to their sort of goofy-like personalities. However, sometimes Taiga doesn't know when Miku is being serious or joking, which can be a bit frustrating for both of them. Overall, Taiga finds Miku to be one of her closest friends and feels she can be very honest around her, despite them being protege and mentor.
