TOS:

terms of service for my designs

- please don't inflate the value of my designs. only sell for what you've bought them for, unless you've added art
(personal & commissioned art counts toward their worth)

- if you got a design for free, and have added no worth/extra art, you're only allowed to re-gift them

- you can redesign my designs as much as you'd like (this includes turning them into a closed species, etc)!! just make sure to credit me for the original design

- do not take heavy inspiration from my designs. light inspiration or taking a few of the design aspects is fine! colorpicking is also fine as long as you do something completely different with the colors & don't copy the exact same patterns/markings!

BLACKLIST:

please do not harass anyone here/ask why they are listed here

anyone listed is not allowed to seek out any more of my designs. if i find out you knowingly gave anyone here my designs, i will blacklist you as well.

i don't feel it is necessary to publicly blacklist you unless i find you seeking out my designs despite this, in that case, i will list you here too
