Tari once lived in somewhere called Divine Paradise, where everything is possible and living was a bliss. He usually tasked with something regarding bringing people with their previous life decision to their personal either heaven or hell.
One day, he had done an unredeemable sin and was banished to earth. All of the blessings that were given to him back in Divine Paradise were all taken back by the Higher Councils. The only thing that was kept to him was his Halo. It is so that any holy creatures and mortals were reminded that he was praised as a holy being, and he had fallen from grace.
Because of how he was raised in Divine Paradise, he had some time struggling to survive on Earth, as food and water were easily could be given just by a snap. God knows how long had he be getting used to his "new" life on the planet.

Tari had once find a way to redeem his unforgivable sin in order to get back to Divine Paradise so that he could become "Angel" again. But after years had passed and spending many happy moments in the planet with Ruth, he reconsiders his decision. Maybe fallen to Earth isn't that bad, he thought.
