Mister Rubatutto

Or also known as Signor Rubatutto (translable to Stealall) is a supervillain who is known for killing 7 police men while trying to escape from prison (if i remember well) and stealing literally eveyrthing!

I forgot his original design so basically can be redrawn but he has no capes or other stuff....
