Ladon

Ladon is a mysterious dragon-like creature that befriended Draco. She is very shy, quiet, and affectionate, but also fiercely protective when she senses that her human is in danger. She will always rush to Draco's side whenever he's in trouble.

Relationships

• Draco – she is very loyal to Draco (though he has yet to learn why) and is almost always somewhere nearby him. She likes to either sit on his shoulder or ride in his pocket while he is walking around and is very cuddly and sweet towards him. Draco tends to spoil her with new plushies since he enjoys seeing her happy. Ladon doesn't frequently interfere with his fights when he is hunting criminals, but she will hurry to his rescue the moment his life is endangered.
• Amalthea – Ladon was very shy around Amalthea at first and would hide from her whenever spoken to (as she does around anyone besides Draco). She warmed up to Amalthea rather quickly once Amalthea began offering her tubs of ice cream (her favorite treat). She's now much more comfortable around Leona and likes cuddling up to her while she watches her documentaries. She will also protect Amalthea if she is ever in danger.

Trivia

• She is named after the dragon, Ladon, from greek mythology. In greek myth, Ladon becomes the Draco constellation. 
• She belongs to an extremely rare species. Little is known about her aside from what has been found in old myths and legends.
• She is extremely shy and rarely shows herself to anyone except Draco and Leona. 
• She has gathered a big collection of plushes and pillows. Most of them were gifts from Draco. She piles them up next to her little bed.
• In ancient times, she was worshipped as a deity or goddess of light. There are still some present-day religions in this universe that idolize her, but they are not that prominent.
• According to ancient legend, she is believed to be one of the most powerful creatures in existence, even capable of wiping out human civilization with ease. It's uncertain if there's any truth to this myth since there is not much information about her or her species.
• Ladon can change herself to any size she desires ranging from being as tall as a mountain to small enough to fit in Draco's pocket. She changes her size depending on the situation and environment 
• The white scales on her neck/chest, the horns on her head, and her eyes all glow white in the darkness.   
• Her body is mostly blue and purple with stars and constellations scattered over it. The stars are not consistent and change locations frequently. Draco says looking at her is like looking at a window into space. 
• Despite not having actual wings, she can glide through space and planetary atmospheres.   
• She can breath cold fire (blue and white flames that will freeze an enemy solid)
•  No man-made weapons can hurt her, but she can be harmed by normal fire, lightning, and other space creature's attacks.
• Ladon lives with Draco aboard his ship. Draco has devoted a corner of his room to her where she hoards all the pillows, blankets, and plushies she collected. She can also withstand the pressure of outer space and doesn't need oxygen to breathe, so many times she can be seen gliding around outside of the ship as well.
