Born in Chibli and shipped off to Kabiseran monastery at a young age, Jaune-Clair was a former student of the acclaimed Venezia Accademia di Pittura and its then Dirretore, Elizaveta Grey. After a certain incident they left the accademia and volunteered to work in Nidaros, providing art rehabilitation to the criminals there who wished to change themselves and work through their emotions. He is known for being firm but fair, willing to reach out a hand to help anyone who asks.

Oddly intense for their stature, Jaune-Clair is a deeply devout follower of the Lanikean pantheon and appears to prefer to do things by-the-book. However they also show glimpses of a hidden wild side from his youth. They have a nice singing voice, a tendancy to indulge in nice clothing and the occasional drink and smoke when off the clock.
