In Obey Me-related media she is often paired with Asmodeus or Satan but most often is in a polyam relationship with all the men or a combination of them.
OG Obey Me Eve will go through the plot of Obey Me in her first life, and then go through 7 more reincarnations, meeting the demons in each life. In her last life she and Eden are reincarnated as demons, and she remembers her previous lives unlike previous times where Eden was the one to remember. The memories are dreamlike and odd, unsure if they're just dreams or real until they meet the seven brothers and find out they're indeed real. Also of note, incarnations 2 through 7 have various appearances in height, hair color, clothing preferences, etc. But in their final life as demons they look exactly the same as their first life they met the brothers in. While not having an interest in children, about half way through Eden's journey through motherhood she gets the itch to have a child as well. Her child is Satan's.
Some AUs, such as royalty AUs or such, Eden and Eve are paired as siblings with Vren as an older siblings.
