A playful and flirtatious man that has a fondness for being told how pretty he is by strong men and gorgeous ladies. He takes great joy in expressing his femininity and has always wanted to indulge in the fancy ornaments and dresses that were associated with girlhood in his traditional Japanese town. He's the brat of his three brothers, despite being the middle child of them all. He has a surprisingly huge motherly side to him, when he isn't busy indulging in his humongous ego.

Mirai didn't interact with him much after leaving the circus, only meeting with him once in order to settle the familial trauma of their youth. Claude gave Mirai his contact information, since he had changed his name, but Mirai simply tossed the card into a dusty dresser upon returning home.
