Dissatisfied with his lot in life, Bestos resented his peers. Any percieved slights taken as attacks against him, he feels that everything was set against him from the start. Promised wealth and power, he joined the Vwulfpack for an opportunity for revenge against those who 'wronged' him. Slightly afflicted with the Vwulfpack's lycantrophy, his right arm has become a mass of tooth and claw, eager to rip and tear. He's also become unusually tall, (for a goblin, anyhow).
