Plinko is a tall, wacky, zany ringmaster!! He LOVES creativity, strange art and provocative performances; be they blasphemous, violent, political or simply suggestive! Art is MEANT to be offensive, according to him.

He tries to be friendly and 'cool' with his troupe, usually letting them do whatever they want, but he has ZERO tolerance for 'boring' or 'disappointing' in his Circus Of Madness, and will cull or fire such worthlessness on the spot.
