03 — Background
Nier was once a slave, captured for his beauty and magic roses. He was forced to serve his former master's whim and fight in arenas for entertainment and money. His first few battles did not go well and he would be punished for losing. He began training with others and eventually became one of his former master's best fighters.
Currently, he serves the demon lord who liberated him as his new commanding knight and personal guard.

He's ambidextrous but primarily right-handed.

He suffers from insanity; a curse that melts his entirety away like flower petals for simply feeling strong emotions. His skin will split and start falling apart where his thorn markings are but his body will reform afterwards.
