° do not sell for more than obtained for unless they have extra art. Must be at least one fully and cleanly coloured piece of art (not including free artwork/gift art) . When you trade one of my designs their worth resets to zero until more art is added.

° on the previous note, please don't sell any design obtained via digital currency for money (like da, ac, fig chips, chimes ect ect) 

° when I sell a design I always put what they were purchased for inside the ownership log, there is no excuse for overselling one of my designs.

° redesigns are totally fine as well as species changes or removals.id like it if the design is still recognizable though.

°don't delete the character's toyhou.se profile, just sell them on if you don't want them. On this topic, please notify me if your privating one of my designs so I know their still around.

°please credit me if you set up a profile for the design anywhere else or whenever my art is shown

° Idm if once obtained you use my designs for NSFW, gore or other stuff like that as long as it's not for like zoophilia, pedophilia ect ofc
