I use this gif maker / editor website specifically!
First I'll resize the gif to 99 x 56 , then after I add the stamp as an overlay!

People usually use these kinds of stamps as decor on their pages! But these stamps can be used for whatever you'd like! They don't have to be just page decor ^^
On toyhouse, you can add these stamps (and any image / gif) on your page by going to your display settings, and disabling the "Profile Text" under WYSIWYG settings like this!
After that, you can add coding to your profiles, which is how people decorate their profiles, by going to the "Profile Content" tab in settings, and pasting the code there!
For adding an image / gif specifically, just use the txt bellow!
<img src="LINK_HERE">
(except replace the text between the quotes with a link to the image you'd like to add!)
There are also templates people use to decor their pages as well, which makes the coding process a lot easier! There's this really nice code that uses stamps as decor here! --> https://toyhou.se/13026099.04-boxed
But there are hundreds of other code templates for profiles you can find!
