The necklace thing on it's neck is a pocket watch

the clock on it's back is wrapped in vines 

The shipwreck has some treasure pouring out and also has some vines on it

The tail is meant to look like water with sunken treasure at the bottom

And the gold scales is meant to be like scattered treasure
