God Scientist, aka Giovanni Seymour, was an ex-professor for Idagio University who was a prodigy in the field of Bio-Engineering and Advanced Chemistry. Using his connections as a professor, he was able to get ahold of a lot of useful lab assets before he fell off the grid with his wife to work on their biggest experiments yet. When his wife dies in a fire accident, he is left to continue her legacy and go forth with the experiments alone.

Time Users

Time Users (people who can manipulate time) are illegal in this universe. They are hunted down by the government to stop them from corrupting time and space itself or cause great harm to the general public. God Scientist, does everything in his power to cover up his tracks WHILE using his powers for his scientific benefit. Some of his powers include:Long Distance Time Travelling, Short Distance Time Travelling, Teleportation.

The Dead End System

One of god's main things is that he kidnaps dead children from certain time periods, and revives them in the present (technically 1990's). In order for this to happen, he uses a special power/system called the Dead End System where he seeks out children whos bodies will not make a difference in the grand scheme of time. A famous person who dies will forever be remembered and will remain impactful for future generations to come. Children who are "Dead-Ends" have made so little impact on the world that their memory or physical body won't make time collapse on itself.
